Product information: all items offered through this store are perfumes or aftershaves and are described on their product pages.

Orders and availability

An order is not accepted until payment is confirmed. Stock can be reserved temporarily during checkout. We may cancel and refund an order where an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred or fulfilment would be unlawful.

Contract confirmation

After payment is confirmed, we send an order-confirmation email containing the purchased items, delivery address, total paid, trader information and links to the policies forming the contract. Keep that email for your records.

Prices and payment

Products and delivery are priced in GBP. The payment method, exact total and any applicable network information are shown clearly before the customer confirms an order.

Payment errors

Customers should use only the payment method presented by the secure checkout and contact support promptly if a payment is interrupted or appears incorrect.
