Returns and refunds
Contact us before returning an item. Customers normally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that they wish to cancel an eligible distance order, followed by 14 days to return the goods.

Products should be unused, unopened, sealed where supplied sealed, and returned with their original packaging. Rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods are not restricted by this policy.
Bank-transfer refunds
Approved refunds are based on the original GBP order value and will normally be returned by bank transfer. We may ask you to confirm the account details securely before sending a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Private PDF products
If a purchase includes a downloadable PDF, access is unlocked only after confirmed payment. Any effect of accessing digital content on cancellation rights must be explained and expressly agreed at checkout before the store relies on it.
