Delivery policy
Orders are currently limited to United Kingdom delivery. Fragrances and aftershaves may be treated as restricted or flammable goods by carriers, so orders are sent only through a service that accepts the product and packaging used.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed. The target is to dispatch within 1-2 working days, although weekends, bank holidays, stock checks and carrier restrictions can add time. Tracking details are supplied when the selected service provides them.
Address accuracy
Customers must enter a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately after ordering if a correction is required; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
Damaged or missing parcels
Contact us promptly with the order number and photographs where relevant. This does not affect statutory rights.
